Transportation Services Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions for transportation service only and does not include any other services.
If the transportation is cancelled by the customer 14 days before the trip, 50% of the total amount is not refundable. After the animal has been delivered this payment becomes non-refundable under any circumstances.
We prioritize your pet's safety and well-being from the moment we take custody upon handover, yet please note that we cannot assume responsibility for the loss or unfortunate circumstances, including death, that may occur when your pet travels in airplane cargo or hold.
The transporter is not responsible for grooming of the animal.
You understand that there is no guarantee or promise made as to the length of time necessary to complete the transport of your pet. The duration of transport is determined by routing, weather, traffic, and health conditions. All efforts will be made to keep you informed and to keep your pet as comfortable and happy as possible. We will make every reasonable attempt to notify the person receiving the pet of our estimated time of arrival. The recipient party is required to be available around the clock for the reception of the animal. For instance, if your pet arrives at the designated location, whether it be your doorstep, the airport, or a prearranged meeting point, at 2 a.m., it is imperative that you promptly retrieve the animal at that time. If no one is available to receive the animal and/or we are unable to contact the responsible party, there will be a daily fee of $100 per pet to cover the cost of care and boarding. The party receiving the pet will be responsible for these charges. We recommend that alternate arrangements be made in the event the person responsible for receiving the animal is unable to do so.
We require a photo of a Driver’s License of the person who will be receiving the pet to be sent to us before the transportation process begins.
Emergency Care Authorization: you are consenting to the transporter to perform emergency care of your pet by a qualified veterinarian in the event they become ill during transport in our care. Should this be necessary, we will make every effort to contact you prior to seeking emergency action. However, if you cannot be reached to have medical emergency treatment approved by you, we will use our discretion to ensure the well-being and health of the animal. All charges for veterinary care will be your responsibility.
We will not transport any pet that requires a muzzle or any other restrictive device. The pet nanny, couriers and boarding workers reserve the right to refuse transport of any pet that displays signs of aggression.
Obtaining a license or import permit for your pet (if its required by client's country or state) is the client's responsibility.
